Art would tell you it went “horribly” because he messed up a couple times. But listen to the beauty that came out of our little boy today! Jessica and I just watched this video together and we melted. He doesn’t speak this language when he practices at home, but when he’s in front of people he plays gorgeously, with real expression and understanding. It’s wonderful and something that makes us proud of him and happy to hear.

STUDENTS OF THE MONTH!
It’s true, they were students of the month in December. #PROUD.
Jess and I were there to see them get compliments from their entire kindergarten class and I took this shaky video.

Photos, video from Cory Camp
For the past two years Art and Lewis have been going to a wonderful little day-camp thing (noon-5) at Painter Park in Minneapolis. Dodge-ball, Wii, swimming, hanging out in the park building, just playing. No greater purpose other than just having a real fun time and being with friends. The boys love it, especially because of their friend and camp counselor Cory, seen here.

Slow-mo summer water slide
This was from a festival in our neighborhood. Super fun water slide kids went on over and over. This video doesn’t end well, but just know all kids recovered quickly continued on their happy way 🙂
