Lovely lantern festival

Last night was Minneapolis’ first lantern festival from the fun Heart of the Beast Theater. We took the kids and stayed for as long as they were willing. It was actually pretty fun, especially the spectacular polar bear below.

If I may so myself, posting some beeeeautiful photos from a recent morning spent with our friends skating on Minnehaha Creek. So little snow this year means the creek is nice and smooth and skateable. So we did!

The girls were sad and Lewis offered to sleep with them. Apparently they asked the sitter to take a photo and send it to Jessica. "They're wonderful!" texted the sitter with this pic. YOU WILL FIND NO ARGUMENT HERE!
