Reading and libraries.

We live a short walk from Nokomis Library, it’s a really nice place to spend time in. A couple times the boys have stopped on the way home from school to get a book or play some computer games, and we sent Lewis and Netta there but they got gently reprimanded that kids under 8 need a parent. Doh! Some recent photos from the library:

Dangerous.

This photo is actually from the Minneapolis Central Library which requires a ride on the light-rail to get to.

Miscellaneous lovely photos from summer/fall 2016.

In an ongoing effort go through old photos and make sure I’ve blogged everything, here is a random collection of some photos I love from the past few months.

This was on a date night with Jessica at Fort Snelling State Park. Fun fish to catch, but basically a carp.

Photos, video from Cory Camp

For the past two years Art and Lewis have been going to a wonderful little day-camp thing (noon-5) at Painter Park in Minneapolis. Dodge-ball, Wii, swimming, hanging out in the park building, just playing. No greater purpose other than just having a real fun time and being with friends. The boys love it, especially because of their friend and camp counselor Cory, seen here.

The girls would often join in a game of dodgeball when we picked the boys up.
