For you people who just can’t get enough of Art, here’s a picture from last month of Art getting a bath in the kitchen sink. And don’t forget to check the posts from November and December (over to the left). I have back-blogged entries from his earlier months. Some pictures have never before been seen!

This is just a nice picture of Art’s dad taken of him to test out a new camera at work.

Art and I went to a class called ‘Yoga Bonding’ for baby with a parent. There was actually one dad there and seven other moms. I didn’t get to do much yoga cause Art was fussy, but so were other babies. it was really fun. every once in a while a mom would drop out and start nursing her baby or grab a pacifier or, in my case, change a diaper, and then jump back into class. But Art did like some of the things we did, and at the end he conked out into a deep sleep.

Yesterday was my first day teaching since before Thanksgiving. I had a great time, by the way.

Art stayed at home with his Aunti Em. Except for some harrowing changing table experiences they had a pleasant afternoon reading stories and listening to water sounds. When Ben and I got home there was a happy, clean baby in a great new outfit (due to the harrowing changing table experience) being held by his Aunt.

The other day I had Art on the floor shaking rattles and showing him stuffed animals and we had to leave the room for the phone or something. Later I came back in the room and almost tripped on the toys. The first of many times we will almost trip on Art’s toys!

Apparently breastmilk is so perfectly designed for human digestion that a breastfed baby can go several days without making a big stinky (“Garvin” for bowel movement). We have recently witnessed this phenomenon. Art made a big stinky today, Tuesday, and his last big stinky was last Thursday!

By the way, have you noticed how big his thighs are getting?
