I’m up covering the massive floods in North Dakota and western Minnesota for the paper. It’s an amazing scene up here. Water everywhere, ice on every street, wind like crazy. It’s like another planet. The river is expected to crest on Friday in Fargo, the highest in history, 41-feet.
